These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CommerceGorilla website. They do not by themselves create a paid-services contract. Paid Services are governed by an accepted Proposal/SOW and the applicable version of the CommerceGorilla B2B Terms of Service.

2. B2B website positioning

CommerceGorilla markets its professional Services to businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals and organisations. Website enquiries and published package information are intended for professional/commercial evaluation and do not constitute acceptance of a consumer project.

3. Website information and no professional advice

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but content may be corrected, updated or removed. General information about ecommerce, Shopify, markets, integrations, advertising, sourcing, tax configuration, privacy or regulation is not legal, tax, accounting, customs or other regulated professional advice and should not replace advice specific to your circumstances.

4. Prices, estimates and commercial communications

Where this website refers to prices, amounts marked "net" exclude applicable VAT. "From", "starting from", calculator outputs and package figures are indicative B2B pricing information based on the assumptions and inclusions shown. Final scope and price are confirmed in a written Proposal.

Published prices do not guarantee availability of a production slot, third-party licence, API, app, theme or supplier. We may update public pricing for future projects without changing already accepted Proposals.

CommerceGorilla does not intend website wording to create a false impression of a discount, saving, market comparison, scarcity or guaranteed commercial result. Any expressly comparative or quantified claim should be read together with its stated basis, date and conditions. If an objectively verifiable website claim becomes inaccurate, we may correct or remove it.

5. Service descriptions and integrations

Service descriptions summarise typical capabilities. Actual deliverables depend on the accepted Proposal. References to "Standard" or "Advanced" integrations do not mean unlimited development; integration scope depends on the named systems, available access, API/connector capability and the functions expressly stated in the Proposal or Integration Schedule.

6. Third-party brands and platform statements

Shopify, Meta, Google and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, partnership or client status unless expressly stated. Platform features, plans, policies and statistics may change; current third-party documentation prevails where relevant.

7. No guaranteed business results

Design, development, automation, international configuration, sourcing and advertising can support commercial operations, but results depend on factors outside CommerceGorilla's control. Website statements do not guarantee revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, ranking, sales, profitability, savings or other commercial outcomes unless a specific written commitment is expressly agreed in a Client contract.

8. Intellectual property

The CommerceGorilla brand, website design, original content and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and use the website for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, imitate, resell or commercially exploit protected content beyond what law permits without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person/business, submit knowingly false data, abuse forms, scrape in a manner that materially harms availability, or use the website for unlawful activity. Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising a legitimate legal right, reporting a genuine concern to an authority or engaging in lawful competition.

13. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by Greek law, subject to mandatory rules that apply irrespective of choice of law. Any project-specific jurisdiction clause is governed by the applicable Client contract rather than these Website Terms alone.
